Guidelines for Poster Size

 Participants to the workshop are invited to present their work by a poster.

The size of the posters holder will be 2 m high and 1 m wide

they will be displayed in portrait orientation.

A good format for the posters is A0 size (841 x 1189 mm) in portrait orientation.

Guidelines for pre-registration and submission

 

Be careful : abstracts submissions for short talks are closed
 
but abstracts submission for posters are still possible.
 
 

PRE REGISTRATION AND ABSTRACT SUBMISSION in 2 STEPS

You have to be identified in order to pre-register and submit an abstract.
If you already have an account on sciencesconf.org or on HAL, you just have to logon.
Otherwise you have to create an account.
  • STEP 1. PRE-REGISTRATION

Pre-register by filling a short form regarding your professional information.

  • STEP 2. ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Submit your abstract for a poster.

  • STEP 3. VALIDATION of PRE-REGISTRATION

You will receive an email from the organizing committee confirming your pre-registration and giving you the procedure to pay the fees.

GUIDELINE FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Write your abstract :

Lenght of the abstract is limited to 2500 characters. Nor table, nor figure can be submitted.

Advice: use Calibri font in your text editor to use special characters.

Submit your abstract

Submission of abstract is only possible online. During submission you have to complete different tabs:
  1. Metadatas
    • Title
    • Type (oral communication / poster)
    • Topic
  2. Author(s)
    • Add a new author (+) : only the speaker has to be mentioned in this section
    • Add a new affiliation...
  3. File(s)
    • Comment: files uploaded in the Supplementary data part will be ignore
  4. Overview
    • This tab allow you to preview your submission before submitting
